We loved location and staff, every detail required. The rooms with a thin mattress sofa bed. Location near to all the main attractions and the market square and the centre...

The breakfast should of been included in the price.

The place was spotless, I appreciated its location and staff. The bed was comfy and it was great having climate control, Wi-Fi and terrace. Bangers, tea, fresh bread, coffee and pancakes available for breakfast. Amazing interior, cosy restaurant. Plus their wifi was reliable.

Wanted to explore Krakow and this hotel was welcome base for doing it. The lunch in Pimiento Argentino Grill within walking distance of the property had every choice imaginable.

Its breakfast definitely should of been included in the price.

The buffet breakfast was the reason I would stay here again. Staff were happy to help. Good sized beds, tea/coffee and good Internet were a nice touch. Brilliant facilities and the pool was very clean. Impeccably clean and not big hotel in Old Town district. Quiet location - 15 mins walk from a bus station👌

The hotel was spotless, I appreciated it. Light breakfast, impeccable service. Plenty of supplies in the room: air conditioning, balcony and WiFi. Colourful property in communal lounge area. The gardens were well-maintained here.

We greatly enjoyed location and breakfast, nothing bothered me. The hotel had a magnificent position. We would definitely go again, if we come to Krakow.
